Very comfy bed, beautiful bathroom and central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel television in the room. Picturesque view of the Cathedral and duomo. Amazing location at a medium distance from a cathedral-flanked square. Also, is excellent especially if you arrive by train as it is located on the other side of the square;)))

The place was well-maintained and perfect and restaurant was good. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, in the heart of Florence. After long day I visited Enoteca Sei Divino Fortezza for a couple of drinks.

Clean and comfortable common areas were a nice touch.
The stairs were challenging, especially at night. It was inconvenient navigating the tight hallways during late hours. The noise from the street.

I stayed in the Double Room with City View for 2 nights, and it was awesome! The room was super clean and spacious with a comfy king-sized bed. Air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat. The view of the Duomo from the balcony was amazing, especially during sunset. Plus, there were snacks and water provided which was a nice touch. Just a quick hop to the train station and eateries nearby made it extra convenient.

The view of the Duomo from our balcony was amazing, and it's so close to the train station and all the attractions. Andrea kept us informed beforehand with great instructions for check-in, made arrival smooth. The kids loved the spacious room. It reminded me of home!
For dads, it would be great if they had more kid-friendly dining options nearby.
